Project description
The PhD project is focused on developing explanations of Black-box models in Decision Support Systems, helping users better understand and appropriately trust the reasons behind the system’s decisions. The objective is to strengthen the decision-maker; whether a customer gets shopping recommendations or the PR department wants to understand the customers better.
