Project description

The PhD project focuses on the consumer era and online marketing. Research will be undertaken in separate projects such as loyalty programs, CRM, conversion, and customer satisfaction. An important objective is to elaborate on consumer insights and realize corporate commercial strategies based on innovative business models. Another important objective is to provide the research community with new theoretical thinking based on digitalized customer behaviour.
